ITS Academy Giulio Natta is an accredited operator for Employment Service by the Lombardy Region. The Placement Office ensures continuous collaboration between the ITS and the network of more than 270 companies, both inside and outside the Lombardy Region.

The active job search involves students as early as the first year of the course, with individual interviews to get to know the students, their attitudes and interests. Following, there are simulated job interviews, and analysis and CV writing, all in preparation for the selection interviews the students will face to begin their traineeship.

85% of our students receive a job offer on graduation day from the company where they did their traineeship.

ITS Academy Giulio Natta’s Career Service supports companies in the activation of contracts through the activation of active guidance and job policies – drawing up skills assessments and specialized interviews.

ITS Academy Giulio Natta is also a research organization recognized by the Ministry of Education and Research. As such, the ITS activates for its graduates the High Training and Research Apprenticeship contract.

ITS Academies are the only schools in the Italian education landscape to be monitored one year after their students’ graduation on the basis of their ability to give their graduates an employment consistent with the course of their studies.

The support in the active job search given by the ITS Academies to their graduates does not end with their studies, but continues up to one year after graduation, guaranteeing if necessary an outplacement service already at the end of the traineeship period.
