REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAM CO-FUNDED
WITH THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND 2021/2027 OF THE LOMBARDY REGION.
ITS Academy Giulio Natta’s pathways are implemented with resources from the Operational Regional Program co-funded with the Lombardy Regoion’s European Social Fund 2021/2027.
The co-funding is part of the Operational Regional Program with the objective “investments in favor of growth and employment”, and is part of Priority Axes III – Education and Training.
The planning of HVET’s educational offer for the referred period pursues the following objectives:

Support young people’s transition from education to employment by ensuring the acquisition of skills that provide high employment opportunities

Strengthen the bond between the education and training systems and companies,
to ensure ITS pathways’ link with innovation processes and to foster technology transfers, by also instituting apprenticeships

Relaunch the quality of human capital to promote the competitiveness of production systems, with special attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses
04
Develop the continuity of VET pathways via an educational offer in the tertiary area of technical-professional content
05
Disseminate technical and scientific knowledge and promote the lifelong guidance of young people towards technical professions and their families’ information
Thanks to European fundings, students have access to quality education with the support of professionals who are able to convey concrete and up-to-date experiences.
The results achieved by ITS Academy Giulio Natta reflect the goals and objectives expressed by the planning of the HVET offerings: the employment rate a year from graduation exceeds 95%.
This is confirmed by the 2024 National ITS Academy Tracking, which took as its benchmark those employed one year after graduation, thus with an employment contract signed by December 2023. This year’s outcomes testify to 87% of graduates with a job, 93.8% of which were consistent with their course of study.
